Eggplant Parmesan

With spaghetti and a leafy green salad.

Black Bean, Spinach and Smoked Gouda Quesadilla.

Served with a leafy green salad. For dessert, chia pudding.

Vegetarian Meat Loaf

With garlic mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts. For dessert choose carrot-ginger raisin cake or banana pudding.

Yellow Split Pea and Butternut Squash Soup

With a leafy green salad and fresh bread. For dessert, chocolate raspberry parfaits.

Beef Stew

With cornbread and fresh green salad. For dessert choose from bread pudding or banana pudding

Oxtail Stew

Served over rice and with cornbread. For dessert choice of sweet potatoe pie, chocolate or vanilla cake.
